First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 7:01 P.M. with Selectman Littell & Blessington.
A. Executive Session – Personnel Matter
First Selectman Mailhos moved to go into Executive session at 7:01 P.M.
Selectman Littell seconded the motion.
Vote: 3 Yes (Mailhos, Littell & Blessington) 0 No.
Selectman Blessington moved to come out of executive session at 8:05 P.M.
Selectman Littell seconded the motion.
Vote: 3 Yes (Mailhos, Littell & Blessington) 0 No.
Selectman Littell moved to empower the First Selectman to write a letter on the Board’s behalf regarding a personnel matter.
Selectman Blessington seconded the motion.
Vote: 3 Yes (Mailhos, Littell & Blessington) 0 No.
First Selectman Mailhos moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 P.M.
Selectman Littell seconded the motion.
